Vehicle listings and pricing
Listed prices exclude tax, title, registration and any optional products you choose. We do not add dealer packs, market adjustments or mandatory accessory fees.
Specifications, mileage and equipment are provided in good faith from manufacturer data and our own inspection. Occasional errors happen; a listing error does not obligate either party to complete a sale at an incorrect price.
Availability changes throughout the day. A vehicle is only held once a deposit is received and confirmed in writing.
Deposits and reservations
A reservation deposit holds a vehicle for up to seven days and is fully refundable if you decide not to purchase.
Deposits are applied to the purchase price at delivery.
Warranty coverage
Retail vehicles include a 12-month limited warranty covering powertrain, electrical systems, air conditioning and listed major components, with no deductible at our service center.
Wear items, damage from misuse, competition use, and modifications made after delivery are not covered. Full terms are provided with your purchase documents.
7-day money-back guarantee
You may return a purchased vehicle within seven days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, for a refund of the purchase price less taxes and registration fees already remitted to the state.
The vehicle must be returned in the condition delivered, free of damage, liens and aftermarket changes.
Delivery
Delivery within Southern California is complimentary. Nationwide delivery is available to the 48 contiguous states with insured transport, typically two to seven business days.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Carrier delays outside our control do not create liability beyond refunding any delivery charge paid.
Payment
All vehicle purchases are completed via bank wire transfer. Wire instructions are provided with your purchase invoice, and funds must clear before delivery is scheduled. Payment is due in full prior to delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Advantage Auto Sales is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are handled in the courts of Los Angeles County.
